FEE DEPOSITION INFORMATION

* In order to further simplify and for the convenience of the students and their parents, system of ONLINE Fee Deposit facility is being streamlined under which University Term Fee , Hostel Fee and Transport Fee can be directly deposited from anywhere in India through ONLINE BANKING transaction. Fee can be deposited in any of the Banks mentioned in the Fee Deposit Slip which can be downloaded from the Student UMS ID.The requisite fee amount is to be filled in the above quoted slip by the Student or his/her parents/guardian. It is mandatory to submit the duly filled slip alongwith the fee amount at Bank counter and its second stamped and duly acknowledged copy by the Bank should be preserved for further reference. It will help quick realisation and due credit of the fee in account of the Student without any delay/ error.
* Students can also deposit their fee by DEMAND DRAFT/ PAY ORDER drawn in the favour of Bank mentioned in the Fee Deposit Slip, payable at Jalandhar at the Fee Counter of the University as per the dates given in the Fee Schedule.
* System generated Fee deposit slip consisting of two copies is readily available on Student's UMS ID in which all the particulars of the student is printed. Name of the Banks, A/C No 's & Name of the Faculty whom in favour Demand Draft has to be made is also given in the Fee deposit slip.
* Detailed information regarding Fee deposit schedule is uploaded on the UMS/ Website under the heading Fee Structure/ Deposition.
* Further, for any type of Fee related query, one can contact at 01824-508325 or may visit the University Accounts Office in the Basement of Block no. 7, next to State Bank of Patiala.
* Student can pay their Fee anytime in advance
